Inspection and market analysis
We inspect the home and complete due diligence, a feasibility study and a market analysis, so you can see the expected outcome before anything is signed.
A clear written agreement
Our solicitor prepares the agreement, and every owner gets their own independent legal advice. Both sides know exactly what they are agreeing to.
We fund and renovate
AJD pays for the renovation and the insurance. The work is led by our licensed builder, who has more than 30 years of building and renovation experience, with licensed local trades wherever the home is.
Sale and settlement
When the home sells, AJD's capital and an agreed minimum return come back first. Above that, the owner's share steps up as the sale price rises.
